How does Rain Happen?
BalasHapusThe phenomenon of rain is actually a water circle. The concept of the water cycle involves the sun heating the Earth’s surface water and causing the surface water to evaporate. The water vapor rises into the Earth’s atmosphere. The water in the atmosphere cools and condenses into liquid droplets. The droplets grow until they are heavy and fall to the earth as precipitation which can be in the form of rain or snow.

Rainbow
BalasHapusRainbow is a natural phenomenon in the form of arc spectrum in the sky caused by the refraction of light. Rainbow appears after the rains. The colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
Rainbow is in the form like an arc. However, it actually has a circle shape. The half of the circle can be seen when we see from the higher places such as a mountain or when we are on a plane.

Flood
BalasHapusFloods are events that occur when excessive water flows submerge the land. In the meaning of "running water", this word can also mean the entry of the tides. Flooding is caused by the volume of water in a body of water such as a river or lake that overflows or overflows from a dam so that water comes out of the river.
In addition to a number of places that are used by humans such as villages, cities and other settlements, floods can also occur in rivers, when their flow exceeds the capacity of the waterways, especially at river bends. Floods often result in damage to houses and shops built on natural river floodplains. While flood damage can be avoided by moving away from rivers and other bodies of water, people live and work near the water to make a living and take advantage of the low costs and smooth travel and trade near the water.
In countries around the world, rivers prone to flooding are carefully controlled. Defenses such as dams, reservoirs and weirs are used to prevent rivers from overflowing, emergency equipment such as sandbags or portable floating cylinders are used. Coastal flooding has been controlled in Europe and America through coastal defenses, such as sea walls, coast returns and barrier islands.

Explanation text about How COVID-19 spreading quickly is
BalasHapusHow COVID-19 Spreads
COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It’s caused by a type of coronavirus. COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly through close contact from person-to-person in respiratory droplets from someone who is infected. People who are infected often have symptoms of illness. Some people without symptoms may be able to spread virus.
The virus that causes COVID-19 is spreading very easily and sustainably between people. COVID-19, like the flu, can be spread from person to person. When a person who has COVID-19 coughs, sneezes or talks, they may spread droplets containing the virus a short distance, which quickly settle on surrounding surfaces.
The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person. It spreads quickly
Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).
Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes or talks.
These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.

How Rainbow Is Happen?
BalasHapusA General Statement :
Rainbow often appears after the rain stops. Rainbow consists of a big bow spectrum and happens from water droplets which reflacted paralel because of the light of the sun. When the sun is shining and the light passing through water droplets, we can see a reflaction because of a wide variety of colors. The light passes and reflact like a light passing through a prism mirror.
A Sequenced of Explanation :
Rainbow happen to begin when the sunlight passing through the raindrops. The light is deflected to the center of the droplets. The white light is separated from each other into a spectrum of colors. The colors that have been separated, then separate again into very small portions. There is more light separated from each other in the droplets. Finally those colors form a light curve called rainbow.
Closing :
On the ground, we only see a maximum of a half circle rainbow. Because rainbow created involving distance with water droplets, the rainbow always move to follow the movement of anyone who seen it. It makes our distance with rainbow constant, in other word we could never approach the rainbow.

BalasHapusButterfly Metamorphosis
To grow into an adult, butterflies go through 4 stages: egg, larva, pupa and adult. Depending on the type of butterfly, the life cycle of a butterfly may take anywhere from one month to a whole year.
A butterfly starts life as a very small, round, oval or cylindrical egg. The egg hatches and the young one called larvae or caterpillar comes out of the egg. The caterpillar first feeds on the egg shell from which it is born. It then starts feeding on the leaves and starts to grow. Its exoskeleton (skin) does not stretch or grow, so it grows by “molting” (sheding the outgrown skin) several times while it grows. As soon as a caterpillar is done growing and it has reached its full length/weight, it forms itself into a pupa, also known as a chrysalis. The pupa remains motionless in the chrysalis. In the chrysalis, the pupa undergoes a series of changes. After about 15 days, a beautiful adult butterfly emerges out of the chrysalis. When the butterfly comes out, it’s wings are small and wet, then the butterfly pumps fluids into them to make them strong and to expand. After a few hours, the wings become strong enough and the butterfly is able to fly.

Explanation Text about Flood
Flooding is a disaster which commonly happens in large and densely populated cities. In Indonesia, the floods hit Jakarta very often and cause many victims. Then, do you know the process of how flood happens? Pay attention to the following explanation.
The process of natural flooding is preceded by rain which falls to the surface of the earth. Then the rain water is absorbed by the ground surface and flows to the lower place. Once that condition happens, evaporation and the water appear to the surface of the land. Flooding can be disastrous for humans when floods happen in an area that people live because the water carries along objects like houses, bridges, cars, furniture and even people.

EXPLANATION TEXT ABOUT ACID RAIN
Acid rain describes any form of precipitation that contains high levels of nitric and sulfuric acids. It can also occur in the form of snow, fog, and tiny bits of dry material that settle to Earth. Normal rain is slightly acidic, with a pH of 5.6, while acid rain generally has a pH between 4.2 and 4.4.
Causes of acid rain
Rotting vegetation and erupting volcanoes release some chemicals that can cause acid rain, but most acid rain is a product of human activities. The biggest sources are coal-burning power plants, factories, and automobiles.
When humans burn fossil fuels, sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) are released into the atmosphere. Those air pollutants react with water, oxygen, and other substances to form airborne sulfuric and nitric acid. Winds may spread these acidic compounds through the atmosphere and over hundreds of miles. When acid rain reaches Earth, it flows across the surface in runoff water, enters water systems, and sinks into the soil.

How is Food Digested?
The food we aet is broken down and used by our bodies. This breaking down of food is called digestion.
You may have heared your stomach gurgling after you have eaten . the stomach, teeth, tongue and intestines all help to digests food.
when you chew your food, digestion begins. the food is pushed by the tongue to the trapoloor at the back of the throath called the oesophagus. it then moves to the stomach. where digestive juice make it smaller. in the small intestine. the goodness is ‘soaked up’. Finally water is taken out in the large intestine.
The goodness that is left can now be carried arround the body by the blood to be used for energy, repair and growth.

How Chocolate is Made
Have we wondered how we get chocolate from? Well this time we will enter the amazing world of chocolate so we can understand exactly we are eating.
Chocolate starts a tree called cacao tree. This tree grows in equatorial regions, especially in place such as South America, Africa, and Indonesia. The cacao tree produces a fruit about the size of a small pine apple. In side the fruits are the tree’s seeds. They are also known as coco beans.
Next, the beans are fermented for about a week, dried in the sun. After that they are shipped to the chocolate maker. The chocolate maker starts processing by roasting the beans to bring out the flavour. Different beans from different places have different qualities and flavour. So they are often shorted and blended to produce a distinctive mix.
The next process is winnowing. The roasted beans are winnowed to remove the meat nib of the cacao bean from its shell. Then the nibs are blended. The blended nibs are grounded to make it liquid. The liquid is called chocolate liquor. It tastes bitter.
All seeds contain some amount of fat and cacao beans are not different. However, cacao beans are half fat, which is why they ground nibs from liquid. It is pure bitter chocolate.
How Does Rain Happen
BalasHapusWe all know that rain is primary source of fresh water for most areas of the world, providing suitable condition for diverse ecosystems. Rain is water that descends from the sky through several processes until the rain occurs. Do you know how does rain happen?
The phenomenon of rain is actually a water circle. The concept of water circle includes the sun heating the Earth’s water surface and causing the water surface to evaporate. Earth’s water includes water from lake, river, and ocean. Then, the water vapor experiences condensation and becomes condensed vapor. Condensed vapor is formed from droplets so that when the air temperature is higher, it makes the droplets gather, condensed and formed into clouds. The presence of winds helps clouds move and gather in other places that have lower temperatures. At that time, the droplets become heavier and unstoppable and cause the droplets to fall so that there is rain.
If the droplets drop in an area with very cold temperatures, the droplets will drop as snow. However, not all rain reaches the surface. Some evaporates while falling through dry air. This is called Virga, a phenomenon which is often seen in hot, dry desert regions.

BalasHapusWhy Eiffel Tower Was Built
BalasHapusIf we talk about the Wonders of the World buildings, then we will see Eiffel Tower as one of them. However many of us do not know the tower’s past history on why it was build. Everything has the reasonable background, especially for the tower which is to be one of the most recognized buildings in the world.
Primarily, the Eiffel Tower was built for the World Exhibition. It was called Paris Exposition in 1889. The exhibition was organized to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution. The purpose of building Eiffel Tower in such structure was to show to the world France’s advancement of technology and beauty. The Eiffel Tower was designed by Gustave Eiffel. It seemed that then the name of the tower was derived from the designer’s last name, “Eiffel”.
Another reason on why the tower was built was for scientific progress. Although few realized it, the Eiffel Tower would become the prominent structure in terms of science and technology. Many experiment with temperature, pressure and pendulums were performed atop the unique famous building. Additionally the Eiffel Tower was used for radio transmission tower. Many experiments were conducted atop the Eiffel Tower for radio transmission advancement. Once the Eiffel Tower was proposed to be demolished but it was spared because the tower had the promising future as a radio tower.

Respiratory System
Do you know how your body gets oxygen from the air and removes carbon dioxide from your body? Right! It’s because of the respiratory system. Do you know how it works? The following explanation is written to help you understand the process clearly.
The first phase of respiration is breathing in or inhalation. This process brings air from outside the body into the lungs. From the lungs, the oxygen moves through blood vessels to the heart which then pumps the oxygen-rich blood to all parts of the body. Oxygen then moves from the blood-stream into the cells, which completes the first phase of respiration. In the cells, oxygen is used in a separate energy-producing process which produces carbon dioxide as a byproduct.
The second phase of respiration begins when the carbon dioxide moves from the cells to the bloodstream which carries carbon dioxide to the heart. Then, it pumps the carbon dioxide-laden blood to the lungs. In the lungs, breathing out or exhalation removes carbon dioxide from the body, thus completing the respiration cycle.
